This might be easier said than done at this point. Randy tried getting some 462s and the German customs agents said no.

I think you would want to use UPS /DHL and not the standard postal service. Take off handle and as many loose parts as possible and pack all around saw and label it “used saw parts” on customs form. If you put “chainsaw” on customs form it probably won’t make it through.

Take the saw(s) apart and ship in multiple small packages that are exempt of a full customs, content and value declaration!?
Content description "chainsaw parts".

In Croatia a 462 costs a kidney, half a lung and both nuts, or the same as a 661.
500i's can not be had yet.

Knobbe JD and Stihl put supply of 500i CS out 6-8 months away minimum & he figured with their 14 stores they may be close to front of line compared w Family center 2 stores and other 1 off's
