Looks to me like the intake side of the flywheel side primary got dug out a little more, creating more of a wall to bounce off. The pro side looks to be tapered more. Perhaps some epoxy in that corner to reshape it?

At those RPMs this likely doesn’t matter but could... I’ve talked with you before about filling the floor of the transfers to the level of the piston at BDC. Idea being stabilizing airflow into the cylinder. Those are some big windows coming in and probably have a solid .100-.150” where the piston is covering the outlet if not more. That’s a big step even if the charge is following the outer wall of transfers.
