Well, it's all jb welded up up and I put it back together, it stuck pretty well and I'm sure it won't leak, at least it will slow it down! Got a few more things to put on it from the clean up but they are at home.....

ChainsawJim slapped a 272 top end onto a 357... But alot went into that build. Anything is possible with the right tools and skillset... But yeah, if you need to do a top end replacement I would definitely do a 357 top end, bolts right up.
Do you have a link to that build, I'd like to learn about it.

That was a great deal even with the hole in the oil tank. Nice job cleaning it up, looks to have been used very little. I use a 2159 with a muffler mod and 18" bar for most of my firewood and it has plenty of power as is.

Yeah, this one is destined to get a brand new total super bar that is one of the polished ones, I just gotta buy some 73lgx chains lol, I have 50+ .050 GA loops but none that are .058

Well, got it fired up to give the muffler I painted a warm up cycle and it died on me, so I investigated and it died because it fell over, one of the crankseals is leaking, guess I should have just done that when I bought it lol
