Don't forget to primer...Loctite PL Premium ftw
Ok, made up a batch of hushpuppies tonight.
It don't stick to cheese very well.
Anyone got some good food science that could make that *s-word stick to cheese curds good?
If not, I can still fry up a batch Friday night.
Just let me know.
Ain't nobody got time for that *s-word..Egg wash and then double fry them.
Ain't nobody got time for that *s-word..
At a gtg, when you start fryin, people start eatin...
It's gotta be a dip and cook solution.
Thinking corn starch..
Then very wet batter..
On toothpicks.
I'm gonna try another experiment with pieces of hot dog this weekend.Ill beadblast them before we head down.
I'll use chemistry..Then make sure they are super dry. That's what blasts batter off is the water boiling. I know to make some good onion rings cut the ends, peel them and let them sweat in the fridge to get the moisture out.
Would somebody pm me directions, please? I can get to Des Moins. Need directions from there. Please, no GPS coordinates. I tried that to diggersdads place once. Wound up 20 miles away in banjo something Ark.

Food science!!
Think corn dog..
No..What about pancake sausage on a stick?
No..
We have a job to do here..
Get HP batter on a cheese curd and fried...
I cannot stray from that mission.
I shall be victorious..
Or give up...
Whichever suits me.
Batter then freeze them? Then fry?
