Do any of you all know a source of this part in the image?

Awesome. Quick reply. I appreciate it. I’ve been looking for those for way to long. Lol.

I have to go over to "the property" tomorrow before the storm, and I'll have a look. At least see if still available. Nice, but not a gotta have it part.

OK boys, this part is still available, for now. There are 25 in stock down there, but it looks like once they are gone, it'll join the NLA list. You can kind of determine this by how the system responds to ordering more than the actual inventory. Current parts will show what's available, and what will be on backorder. A part going away will not allow you to order more than what's actually there. And that's the case with this part.

Anybody here have a Husky 350/346 and a 357/359? I hate the stupid clutch setup on my 350 and I'd prefer a clutch with the 3 coil springs instead. The thread on a 562 clutch isn't right even though the od is, so I'm wondering if someone with both saws could check if a 357 clutch might work.

Just purchased a new 572XP.
Stupid question, but this pack was in the box, I’m wondering what this is used for? Just don’t want to start using and tear it up because I didn’t put together correctly.
I’ve mounted the bar/chain already, I was thinking maybe this part pertains to mounting an outside felling spike to the clutch cover plate????

Hopefully posted in right place, thank you.

Chain catcher for larger dogs on full wrap I believe.

There's a hole on the bottom of the bucking spike for this. Put the big part of the metal against the spike with the plastic over it and the bolt running through, then attach locknut to the backside.

Chain catcher for larger dogs on full wrap I believe.

It fits the spike that comes on the saw as well.

Thank you very much guys.

Can’t wait to break in process and let it eat some wood. Plan on mixing up som Amsoil Saber 50:1. Got about 1/2 acre wooded mix of poplar, maple, and a couple buckeye to fell.

Again much appreciated for the help.
Sincerely Mike Bartley.

Works great like that. Just don't follow the directions for it -- or Opti-2.

Mixed up a gallon of Tru Fuel 4 cycle With Amsoil Saber at 40:1. Figured for the break in I'd splurge a little on a cleaner fuel with no ethanol. LOL.. Like the rich blue color of Saber oil, it seems to be thick and have good cling properties.

I think I'll stick with 40:1 in all my saws from now on, I've always ran 50:1 with Saber or sometimes I buy the Husqvarna can pre mix and its 50:1 already.

With the 572 (24" bar) I feel like I got all the bases covered. Have the 550XP/18", 562xp/20". Those three saws should about do whatever I need. Another little saw I own that I really enjoy is a Redmax GZ 5000 / 18" bar, great little all around saw.

I spent $35 and bought a gallon of Saber from work thanks to this thread, between that and the 9/10 of my gallon jug of Husky oil that's left I think I'm set for awhile. I'm not 100% if I can get more Saber through work, but I was pretty happy that I got something through work for less than it goes for online, for once.

Size is right but threads don’t match between 346 and 357. 346 clutch is M10x1 and 357 is 1/2”.
