What do you guys think about huskys flip caps for fuel and oil ?? I myself love em . Until last week I reckon I was the only 1 around here to put em on all my saws . When I bought my 390 I also bought a 465 r for limbing , topping , mainly to keep on my crawler for have to have situations . Got em home after buying em and was like wth , never saw a flip caps on a husky til I got my 465 . 10 mins later they were on my 390 . Ordered my right then . Now as of last week my bro-in law and nephew are running on 2 395's .

They are much better than the stihl floppy caps... and they stay cleaner/are easier to clean off. Also, if they break there is a little spot to put a scrench into to open them so your not screwed... literally lol.

They'll fit on some Dolkitas too.

I didn't know either. Do they fit all husky models?

I've tried em on 372 570 390 and 395 and they work great on those models
Thanks. I have a kit 365/372 saw I built. I will get a set for it.

They work on any model with the same diameter, they are just screw in with the flip as a nice little lever. I used them on my dolmar 421 too. No alignment issues like the Stihl ones

That's what I love about em most ( no alignment issues ) years ago I was cutting a big veneer white oak with my 660 mag , ran tank out at most crucial point with 24 bar buried . Needless to say the Nascar pitstop for fuel was not impressive due to cap alignment sucked in a hurry !

I still don't know what was wrong with the old caps, but now that I've got used to the flip caps, I kinda' like 'em.

Should’ve been easy with a 660. They have screw-in caps
