Last time it took 2 months to get parts, now I think it's been 3 for this order. Maybe I need to order from someone else, or is this a wide spread issue with all dealers? I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 2 weeks from the Stihl dealer even for bars, though I hear rumors of bar shortages around the world.

My last order was 2 weeks. It was a small order though.

If they are in stock at the local distributor it doesn’t take long. But anything that has to come from Europe could be a couple months wait I would imagine. That’s if they even have them in stock in Europe. I waited over a month for a husky to warrantee a 572 coil and ended up buying my own on eBay

Check with Ramrat, anytime I have him get me something it’s never more than a week

No idea on Husqvarna parts, but I have waited for over 2 months to get Stihl parts local to me.

Getting Dolmar parts from Germany used to be fairly quick, but I haven't ordered anything in a long time.
I have a pending order now, I'll see how that goes.

I never need parts "right now", as such I don't care much about delivery delays.

1 week at my local saw shop. Stihl is taking mmmmmuuucchh longer.

Really? I just ordered some parts for that 441c like a bar plate and filter base buffers and had them in 3 days.
Might be a regional thing too.

At GM, if we get a part from the Detroit warehouse, we can have it next day.
Chicago is 2 days..
And if it comes out of the Pontiac MI warehouse it's a week..

I guess there's 2 warehouses, 1 for eastside of the Mississippi and one for west?

I have been resorting to getting used parts because the wait time is completely unbearable

if my husky dealer has the parts i usually get them there. if they dont and have to order something i go straight to the husqvarna online store get the part number or if i know it already then i call the phone number for parts ordering which is much easier and the parts come pretty quickly if they dont have the part in this country i have only had to wait two weeks a couple of times

If my distributor has them it’s overnight, if they don’t it’s usually a month or more. Because of that iam slowly starting to stock common parts that I know will get used eventually.
Results in quicker turn around times in the shop. Hate it when there’s a bunch of saws in pieces waiting for parts for a month or 2.
