I have stood on the roof of my house with binoculars during tornado warnings trying to see it .
I have yet to see one.
Closest I've seen was debris in the air.
But I've been involved a lot with the aftermath .

We had one about 3/4 of a mile from the house once. Didn't see it but it did destroy my aunts house. It was crazy. It took dishes out of the cabinets and slung them around but didn't disturb cigarette ashes in the ash trays.

I saw one on the wheat harvest in Kansas

It was about a mile away and I was hiding under the 81000# loaded truck I was driving. In Kansas there ain’t no deep ditches or culverts to hide in. Figured if it took the truck there was no other safe place around.
Scary it was [emoji15]

@Workshop . saw this on CL. guy says it was his FILs bought new in early 80s; wants $40. he thinks he broke the starter spring but other than that its a good runner. you got any leads for a starter spring? is it worth the asking price?

I know a guy.

Used to live in Halls.

Moved, he did.

Grew up down in Oklahoma, I've seen a few of them. Got to watch one trying to come together here earlier this evening.

Current condition, $20 tops more likely 10.
Parts are plentiful on eBay.
