I have several 24" original Homelite new bars, but they are gray with red lettering, for sale.

Would you happen to have the spark plug guard for the 925?

I wish you the best of luck my friend, you have a better chance of finding an unbroken muffler guard for a SP125

I thought I had a 925 for awhile since the lettering was faded out. Upon closer inspection it looks like an XL924 and I can't seem to figure out the difference, anybody know? By the way, this saw had a real flimsy handlebar on it and I replaced it with one from a different Homie. If I find another stock one in decent shape I'll replace it yet again. As you can see there's not much space between the handle and the saw body..View attachment 47346
I'v been going through my pile of XL9xx saws and found that if the manual oiler is mounted next to the on/off switch it will be the 80cc version. The decomp on the large cc saws need the space where the manual oiler is on the 77 cc saws.
And i found one of mine has the rare chain brake.
