Well here it is. Still need to lightly hone the cylinder a bit but I'm done grinding on it. Ended up 106,126,80. I did pretty good until I got to the transfers. I didn't have any small sanding cones to smooth everything out real nice so I used an egg shaped diamond bit. Smoother than the carbide but but still not slick. Let me know what you all think.

current muffler mod is an enlarged factory hole with a piece of 1/2" tubing out the side. I've got a piece of 3/4" should I go bigger ?

1/2” should work just fine, nice clean work there. Is your muffler hollow? No divider?

No it's just a hollow can.
I'll fire it up tomorrow but it'll be a bit before it see's wood. Evidently a chicken got up on my bench, scratched around and the gear to drive the oil pump is missing in action. It needs a new spur anyway so I guess this will force me into ordering it.

Hey! That was me.... Ive FINALLY contributed something. Lol

I cut into the top of the piston with a hacksaw, then drove the sawzall blade down into the groov . Trimmed it up with a grinder and stoned the top edge a little to put a little cutting angle on it.
