Regarding packing things, better safe than sorry! ;)

Let us know what Your dad thinks of the conversion kit. :)

You may have had issues getting the nuts on the studs due to that piece of the cover touching the full wrap!
You may want to trim it a little or cut it off completely.

Sondre has a full wrap on his 6100, he may know more.

It will fit a saw with a full wrap, but you’ll need to trim a little bit off the skirt where the roller catch would sit.
The cover needs to come down just a little more.
The 6100 cover doesn’t have this skirt at all, so you could just cut the whole thing off, and it’ll look more like the stock one, or trim off just enough to comfortably fit it.
There is already an identical cover in the works for my full wrap saw :D
That one will be modified just enough to where I can easily get it on and off.

Now, finding a teal one is looking like a difficult task. @Wilhelm posted the correct part numbers, but finding a place that sells it isn’t so easy.

As you can see; it just needs a little bit taken off. The bar studs are already halfway through the cover, towards the barnuts, but the cover needs to come down maybe 1/4” to make it sit straight and let the nuts engage with the bar studs.

It’s frustrating what Makita is doing to their gas powered equipment!

I have a lightly used Dolmar 6100 that would look great with the dual spikes. I’ll try sending you a PM.

The Makita red cover 131 213 640 is in stock some places over here, if you don't mind it saying Makita instead of Dolmar.
The outer spike bar 326648-3 can also be found in stock. Inner spike bar 130 250 011 is also in stock. Put those part numbers into the search bar at sleequipment.com, and you'll find them.

All covers that I got I utilized myself and forwarded to others, as such I currently have none in my spare parts stash.
Sorry!

I could order some from Germany, but most times interested parties back out quick once the total comes together.
That is becoming tiring, retail prices and shipping costs are what they are.

That reminds me, I need a PS-550 cover for my PS-6100CE.
