Just bidding on a 5030 in what seems good but dirty Nick. Would you pay £90 for one?

Cheers guys

Not sure what a 5030 is, but I'd pay that for the other two models.

DSC 5030 can be a grey or a black top saw depending on age (grey early) . Now this is where it gets a little cloudy ....I have never had a DSC5030 on the bench to take a look myself ..But...it should be 50cc the same as the Mak ea 5000 -Dol 5105 and be 3.75hp. There is talk that it isnt the same saw as the other two but as the DSC500 and Dol 500 are the 3.3hp open port saw I think its going to have the same top end as the 5000 and 5105 (the same saws).

It's a black top. Pictures are a bit crap but it has few scratches and all labels are still on. Where would you guys match one of these to the likes of a Husky or Stihl? I have a 6100 and have had a dolmar 420sc. So I know or the build quality and feel etc of a dolkita.

Right in the middle. 346xp Husky or an early 261 Stihl

Don't know why Tapatalk won't let me upload decent pics.. but here's one of the saw and also the ipl saying that the 5030 uses the same piston and cylinder as the ea5000p. Guess that means it's a closed port.

5000-5105 (and the 5030) .....Its Mak/Dol pro 50cc class platform . Cat muffler in the latest saws ,Quad port cylinder , MPI coil, easy start pull start (like the 420-6100) and a standard carb. Think of them in similar terms to a Husq 346 xp Mk2....that is a quad port and has the same response. Easy platform to work on.....
