Just the hook ones .Converted them to regular eyelets .I think the quarrys have a hybrid eyelet with a hook and a hole ,i will have to look at them again .

I had Danner boots that I wore for 13 years. 2 resoles. Can't remember the name for the life of me. They were still good, just stunk real bad. LOL. I paid $179 for them. They are almost $300 now. But they wore well. Best pair of boots I ever wore.

Probably Acadia: for reasonable weather those are my Danner pick.

I wore the ft Lewis insulated ST while in Siberia: those are some tough boots.

here is side by side of rain forests and quarrys,happened to have the quarrys in my truck ,i use the quarrys if doing construction type work ,they are lighter and softer souls so grip ladders or roofs better ,i had to rip the hooks out of these too it looks like ,i think it's my timberland pro ones i tried had the hybrid hooks ,they were comfortable ,but only got 5-6 months out of them and stitching was coming apart ,

Because in our weather the past few years the rain has been relentless..i don't remember the last day i came home from work and i wasn't covered in mud with soaked boots..seriously.

Thats exactly why i dont let my boots stay soaked and stink..it's fukking disgusting.

I take tennis shoes everyday to change into when we're done and throw my boots on the dryer as soon as i get home.
