I agree. For fun though if the insert was flat and pushed in from the bottom. Just so it couldn't melt the threads out and the insert couldn't simply pop out it'd work. Where did you find that video ? Just browsing ? Pretty damn neat

That was cool. There's high temp glass that would make a window. They have them on 1k mega watt coal fired boilers.
