Bam tree for milling?

Was wondering if bam trees are any good for milling. I think its in the poplar family of trees?
If they are any good it wood be used for trailer decking.

Probably a poor choice for that application given the fact that the wood is soft, brittle, and has little resistance to decay. I would stick to indoor uses for all Poplars - can be very pretty.
