Watching the live stream vid it sure looks like the support was intentionally rammed.
From what I’ve read. They apparently radio’d back to port about losing power and propulsion. Could be an innocent accident, could also be a fabricated attack on a major port. There’s a video out there that’s time lapse, showing the power go out and come back on twice before it strikes the bridge.

Also, Luckily it’s wasn’t during the morning or evening rush. That would’ve been insane with the loss of life. From what I’ve heard locally, 6 or 7 people still aren’t accounted for. It’s been cold here, the river and bay are in the 40s. It’s no longer a rescue effort unfortunately, recovery at this point.
