Welp.....it's running smooth now. Idle is a little too high at 1300 warm. The EICV is most likely bad now from the backfire in the plenum. I didn't think it looked just right.....

What made you look there? I had a 93 that was great. There aren't any nice ones left in PA from the salt. If you could find one it'll get stolen after being parked outside a few nights around here.
