Ok, figure I'll give this it's own topic.

Today will be running some "new" 70cc class saws.

1, 500i
2, 462
3, 572xp
4, 7310p (Echo)
5, 7900 (6400 w/ oem7910 topend)

All saws are stock. With less than 3 tanks.

7900/10 Has the base gasket and full muffler, no slr tube. Maybe call it a late model 7900? Just put the top end On this am.

Take it for what it's worth. New dyno new numbers.

This is simply comparing these saws power on the Same dyno on the Same day under the same conditions.

Graph will be posted of all 5 saws together on the same page just to show the difference between them.

Carb saws will have a good "work" tune on them, the auto saws get to do their own thing.

Results and more pics will.be posted later. Have to see if this 7900 runs.

Why doesn't the dude have a 372xp on board?

...and a 371xp, 372xpxt, 372xpw, 365, 365 special, 266se, 266xp, 268, 268xp, 272xp and a 10mm 044, 12mm 044, ms440, ms441, 046, ms460, ms461 and a 670, 670 champ, 3171, 3172, 3272, 3175..... and cause he'd probably rather just have a White Russian instead.

My thought was to get all of the new/modern 70cc class together. And with Makita canning the gas ope. The 7900 was a natural choice, being some say it is the leader of the class anyway..
