Yep nos or used in mac brand and oregon.
Heck I had a saw come in with a 60dl loop last week. You dont use the cutters off it. You use the 72 cutters. Old info I saved with pics https://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/chain/oregon-72lg-and-76lg/
I had a few chains like that 6-8 years ago. Is it worth all the trouble. Not IMO.
+ JediSo I need voodoo, witchcraft, and mojo.
How much do you actually gain by thinnning the chain?
1/10? If your lucky?
for me a strong saw will run faster with a delicate 3/8", .325 is a total waste of time for everyone always, just throw it away , 3/8" pico can make a slightly less strong saw keep up, but again it is a delicate balance to match that saw/sprocket and chain to find the best time in the wood.Is 3/8" chain still the preferred size on a 3 cube or do you step down to .325?
In december @Canadian farm boy had an 026 with some spicy filed picco chain. It seemed to me like a very good match, whatever it was that mike did to it.for me a strong saw will run faster with a delicate 3/8", .325 is a total waste of time for everyone always, just throw it away , 3/8" pico can make a slightly less strong saw keep up, but again it is a delicate balance to match that saw/sprocket and chain to find the best time in the wood.
