I'm not sure what make it is.
This came off my 1949 PM WoodBoss D. It was stuck to the bar.
Between the electrolysis tub, soaking in penetrate oil for a week,
working every link in a vise, wire wheel and more oil.
I finally have every link free.
Any body know what type of chain it is? Looks like a flat file edge on the cutters.

Wow. It doesn't look to me like that would cut at all. Impressive job getting it cleaned and freed up though. I bet somewhere there is a youtube video of somebody cutting wood with one of those.

Does anybody know the proper way to sharping a scratcher chain?

I think they get sharpened similar to a cross cut saw? They need to be jointed and set.
