This is a techlite 16" bar, 3/8, that fits the T540xp. Ive found that it is a k095 mount an has a 8.2mm bar slot. Will this work on a 357xp/359, or anyway to make it work?

Do you have a small mount husky saw to try it on other than your top handle ?
I just have a 359. Im looking for a 16" bar that is 3/8 for it and I came across that techlite bar, but it is for the top handled saws. Through searching I found the bar is a small mount, but everywhere I look it only confirms the bar will fit the top handled saws and not any other saws.

If it says k095 it will fit the 359

Something to be aware of, I would think that bar is 3/8lp, not regular 3/8 that your 359 is most likely set up for...
Yes it is lo pro. Ive been debating on spending that kind of money on a lo pro setup. Would rather have tru 3/8. Anyone ever have experience with the lo pro?

if your looking for a light weight bar there are better ones out there than the Tech Lite in my opinion. You would have to change the nose on it to run standard 3/8.

Just go true 3/8.

There is something different in the bar mount on the tophandles. I can't remember what now. I altered this stihl bar to fit a 338 and had to change it more to fit the 346.

Couldnt I just run a standard 3/8 chain on that bar?

No

I wouldn't bother with a 16" lightweight on a 359.

That one will work. They should be easy to find. Oregon has them in the pro light & powermatch, husqvarna branded, ect. Check with @fordf150 or @Spike60 I'm sure they can help you out.

May I ask, why a 16" on a 60cc saw? I run 18 as my shortest on my 2152.

Over there
That bar is an A095 not a K095, that is a misprint. it's got a smaller tail than a K095.

Thanks guys...appreciate the replys. I did some more searching and decided on a carlton 16" 3/8 .058 bar from baileys, got loop of 38rc to try as well. Just adding a 16" bar for small stuff, and fun, never got to try one yet on the 359
