Got a bunch of oak today. Neighbor wanted 2 cut before they came down on his driveway and he finds out at 4 am. The 2 behind Wayne, he’s 84, also got bucked before we left. Go noodle them next week and haul home.

Update to the swamp loggin’ pic. In the pic, the last round in the back on the right, I stepped around it to noodle it and instantly I sunk up to my knee. Going to need to clean lots of equipment and clothing by the time we finish.
Worked on the truck. Coming home last night and my temp gauge is sitting on 160 and I can hear the fans screaming. Get home, shut truck off and fans are on blender speed!!! Yank the fuses. Did some Google searches and had to replace the coolant temperature sensor. Fairly easy and inexpensive...
When I was getting all that wood ready to give away this year I was at it 6-7 days a week. I’ld come in the house at night and my wife would give me the “Do you realize how old you are?” No, but I will in the morning!
