He added the stack. I would have left it stock. But his saw, his choice.
Plus I got 2 more of them to work on still.

Saw cleaned up well with some compressed air and denatured alcohol. Previous owner cut a bunch of pine.

I can’t wait to get my dad’s 026. He sent me a pic of the original sales receipt when he bought it in Sept 1992. I want to make it look like that again

Thanks, but it’s not that pretty under the covers. I didn’t paint anything. I put in a new airfilter and clutch springs. Whether they need them or not, I’ve been doing that to all of the older Stihls I get. It’s missing some paint. It’s been used
