need to replace the pinion here(arrowed) but all the bearing have come out and its just rattling about in the races. bloody expensive too. my suppliers want £175 GBP for the full unit. i was hoping just to change the bearings because the splines on the drive look fine.

anyone changed one of these drive pinion gears or got the IPL/manual for one of these mother *f-worders. sorry for the language guys buts it pissed me right off today :)

its been stored for approximately 10 months. could have had fuel still in. its spitting quite a lot visibly and also soaking the filter and then smoking as it burns the extra fuel. ordered a carb kit see what happens. il hit the thing tommorow :)

got a 200t on the bench. running a bit ropey. when its running i can see fuel being spewed back out from the carb when i open the throttle.. ive changed the accelerator pump but still running ropey. any help please before i throw it through the neighbours front window.

bit more info...apparently its been dropped and the inner tube(closest to the cutting head) had a slight bend. they have held the cutting head in a vice and pulled it to try get it out thus separating the two tubes?? they have then bodged it back together in a hurry lol. is there and manual for...
