390xp on a 7900 would be interesting
How much trouble to get there?

Lay it out for us. Any base cuts, shim plates, how far off is the bolt pattern, what intake system do you think will feed it and fit the saw?
You design it and I'll build it. Now remembered, when it don't fit or needs more mods you decide what goes where.
First, you need a solid plan so let us know. No rush. Consider all your options before drawing up your plan. Crayon is fine. We like colored paper

I can come up with is the idea... just need the lathe, tools, money and time. Which I’m short on most of those. Lol

Run it down. Build it on paper first. It might not work or it might fall together. I know nothing about 55mm husky saws. I'm sure you can get most of the info here or in a PM. 55x37 might work well. 90cc in a light package. Might need heavy metal slugs. The crank can be lightened at the pin and tack welded.

The main obstacle will be getting the 13mm pin piston matched up correctly with a crank made for a 12mm pin.

What an idiot, he must be...:risas3:.
I just did the same thing with my flippy cap 371, except I used a step cut(bore cut with a stepped down back cut) since I didn't have anyone to run the tractor, and it didn't piss all over me lol. She's running a bit rich since it was warm out, but cleans up nice in the cut.

I was concerned at 1st falling a tree with a truck that close.

Then I noticed it's a chevy, carry on....
