Operators manual is about as clear as mud.

The lower part that's empty should have 2 quarts in it..
Yeah, top cap is right hand thread.

If you remove it you'll see a tiny hole off to the side.
You can fill the lower part through there..good luck.
Or remove the reservoir, remove the cap on the side and fill through tiny hole there..

Looks like on your medium duty you can at least access the side cap without removing the tank.

So the lower tank should have 2 quarts in it when cold?
I can get a flex funnel in that lower cap and fill it I'm pretty sure.
Thanks Ed!

Yeah. We replace quite a few tanks for the level sensor taking a crap. Supposed to add 2 quarts to it on install.

Evening coolant techs and milwaukee crew members. Had a few smithwicks red ales with the homeowners. Pretty good stuff. Got to bullshitting and now they want to reside their house in LL bean green vinyl siding. House has a red metal roof. Great color combo but whatever. Put me in coach. I'll get it done

I really enjoy when you tell the service writer that the cost of the repair doesn't justify the issue plus the job is destined to go wrong and cost way more time and money than it should..

This was just the first thing done in the replacement of an oil cooler in a pos Chevy Aveo that they decided needed to be done.

Then when the whole job goes to hell they look at you like you just landed in a *f-wordìn spaceship..
Can't wait to continue this thing tomorrow.

Set up the pool yesterday - had a leak first time filling up 🤦🏻‍♂️ ...nothing a little FlexTape couldn’t handle! Slapped that stuff on the inside of the pool just like in the commercial. Fixt.

Gaining a couple degrees per hour.. this was purely experimental for me. I’m definitely learning that I could make it more efficient next time.

Sooo, Bosslady was gifted a "chainsaw"-ish thing by her sisters.
Theres a reason why I bought her a Ryobi reciprocating saw for pruning and trimming limbs.
While she may be extremely pretty and a damn fine woman that has helped my dumb arse in more ways than I can list, she is NOT in possession of the reflexes and basic knowledge required to operate a chainsaw.
Id really like for all of her arms and legs to stay attached, so I'm probably gonna use that for a camping saw to cut deadfall.
Much quieter than my Echo CS306 that I gutted the cat muffler on.0323232001a_HDR.jpg0323232001_HDR.jpg
