I'm confused, if the kids are over 18 how are you still on the hook for child support.

Law in NJ says @home in college till 23. Must be in school full time student. They moved to DE. She tried to move the case. Judge Rand made it clear to everyone it was never to moved again. She moved it from Camden Co. To Burlington Co. Then moved it back after I requested it because this, I'm not lying, 500+ Jewish Rabie hearing officer hated my guts from her two restraining orders she tried in Bulinton Co. When we were there before. Second order was tossed on the spot in Hainesport. Judge was pissed.
Later I pulled it back when we all lived in Camden Co, again..... Knowing the system there was *f-worded but had the best impartial real judge who gave a damn about people. It was my best option. Rand said no change of venue to DE. It stays even if she goes and takes them. Again, she needs my permission to move out of state again. I grant it...no sweat. Still an hour away. Why be dik, ya know. No big deal there.
Mikayla left home @20 with my grandson.....actually before he was born. Lived with her boyfriend and the baby. They let her off @ 23. I find out that was wrong. The order was joint so nothing changes they tell me....didn't matter. BS
Moving on. She lies....I'm like wtf... it matters to us. Investigate her, nothing happens till judge Rand does his thing.

So over the years I try to be cool and chill but now...she's was telling me up to last year he's back in school. Not heard or talked to anyone since about that but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, mistake. He's been out 26 months I found out. And I'm the dead beat. WTF..... She knows what she doing. Then thus week you, the system, threaten me with jail or warrants, again after your told this. Um....not this time CS.
Mik dropped out of college before she was pregnant. I got screwed by the system when Judge Rand retired over five years ago. I owe Michele money for William but not ten k. No *f-wording way! I got behind but never avoided anything. I practically begged my wife to stop pay it for me a few years back because we would have lost our house. We dropped out of our health care and plenty of things over the last five years. I was pretty sick for a good three years. Little or no income for a few. They never wanted to even hear that. Not giving an inch this time. Maybe I owe her but she's needs to get what's coming to her. Documents don't lie. If court won't look or produce them I'm screwed anyway. All depends on the new person at the bench. I get a fair shake or continue to be extorted till I agree to pay as prescribed by the state.
Nice guys finish last. Done with last. No relationship with our children to injure. We all get ignored by phone, voice mail or text including their sister. You bet it sucks for her she is 16. Including: Pat and Pam but they will respond to my parents. Oh...did I mention my parents like to hand them money. Makes everyone feel better I guess....idk. Never made me feel better, never. Saved my ass once...another story there. If I do as they want me to now.....file to emancipate him she gets ten K in two years back support and has been lying about her income for just around four years. Reports 30 k or less to them. They don't check. Now she is an RN near 70K a year I think. We never made near that together. Hell....her ex made 80K as a trainer. But....they don't count that. They say it's all based on some formula they won't produce or explain how its done. There is no standard in NJ. It's up to a lawyer called a judge. Child part only. Supreme Rulers and rarely challenged. Most I'd assume are good people. Judge Rand taught me well. 70 Monday's in court for 18 months. Come in first, pay down stairs at the bail unit, bring up my receipt and be called last, every time, every time. Me and the bailiffs were the only people allowed to stand besides the defendant. There is no DA. There could be someone from CS who is pissed off standing there to testify but no one else. If it went long into afternoon, get lunch, come back. I didn't show up once for two weeks was bad bad sick. He sent me a letter to let me know he issued a warrant. That's not normal operating procedure. Took me almost two months to figure out wtf was going on at first. You bet your ass I paid attention. I had no idea he was going to retire, sucks!!! Came in one day and was asked by the new guy why I was standing in his court. I apologized and promptly left. Went downstairs to find out the good man was gone, retired.
I seen it all dude. Closed proceedings. Mostly law scholars, me, a few drunks and flat out 90% useless *f-wording deadbeats!
Noooobody wants my case...they know it's *f-worded all *f-worded up.....they dropped the ball too many times now and I usually back down. Not this time.
I need this utter crap from my ex out of my life.
Who knows...maybe the light bulb comes on for the kids. I been saying it to them since they were fifteen. One day you will figure out who the *a-hole is....one can hope. Mik dumped her "man" after a few years. She tried.... he's eight years older than her, maybe nine. I told her you can't change him.
