Watching the guys run that saw in the shop reminds me of that wanker that used to piss rev his saws in the garage.

There used to be a guy in the PNW 15 years ago that had a 3 rotor dragster with a 471 blower on alcohol. That car ran mid to high 7'school. Today's rotary technology with all the aftermarket cases and eccentrics would leave that in the dust.

One of the sweetest sounding engines out there the old Wankel right up there with the mighty detroit 2 stroke diesel! nuff said really.

But then not too bad also the old 3L straight inline 6- Holden VL BT-1 (ex Aussie cop car in bout 1986-87).
Lucky we all are to live in the times of pushing the limits with guzzoline machines! will the next generations with their battery powered vehicles be so lucky? meh don't think so! haha...All IMHO of course .

These readings for crank/flywheel rotations, same as the 13b Mazda's? Ie it takes 3 rotations of flywheel to complete one full rotation of the rotor?

On a side note current rx7 owner here.
