Who else soaks plastics in hot soapy water?

I'm guilty of doing the same thing.

I've also waited till the wife was gone for the day and then run a few saw parts through the dish washer.

Dishwasher sounds like a good idea, I'll try that next time!

I turn the heat dry setting off when I use the dish washer. Don't want my saw parts coming out all warped and stuff

I need to run water to my garage and put in a slop sink.

I use purple power and water on plastic. Parts washer at work to clean jugs but to harsh for plastic

I've never been brave enough to use the dishwasher, but she's use to parts being heated in the oven. It's like Clint Eastwood said "A mans gotta know his limitations".

I soak the plastic in WD-40 or PB blaster and soak the saw-hash good. Then blow off with the air nozzle from the compressor.
Then I use hot soapy water and Awesome cleaner (sometimes purple power in heavy doses can chalk the finish). I use a toof brush too

I put a big pot on wood stove in ol mans shop or use a bucket indoors I'm a lil funny bout my sink . Toof brush hell yes I save all of em

I do have a dishwasher tho! I've personally never used it. When the ex was still here, she'd use it.

Spray on some awesome and set the parts on the driveway drain at work.then fire up the hose hooked to the Rinnia water heater set to 120.everything comes out all nice and sparkly.

I've got a bigass heated ultrasonic cleaner and some large buckets

I have been known to put 100+ metres of dirty ropes in the washing machine though...
