What to do with a 3120K

Recently picked up a 3120K at a flea market for a song and a dance. Now I'm not sure what to do with it. Research shows it's not worth the time to convert it back to a chainsaw. I don't need a concrete saw or demo saw. I could fix it and flip it. Then I found this video, looks like a really cool idea. I've wanted a Lewis winch for a while but could never justify the cost. Anyone else done anything like this or have another neat idea for a monster concrete saw ?

I've always wanted a Lewis but yes I'm too cheap to buy one. That video appeals to both the cheapskate in me and the engineer!

Same here my friend. I know a bunch of off road guys, I'm sure one of them has a winch with a burnt up electric motor on it laying around.

That does look cool. I would have a hard time using a 3120 for it. I could send you a couple wild things...
