That is the band for the early o28, they changed em later.
I was looking for one a couple years ago, no find, I finaly made one from a 55 husky which is nearly the same. This is only the 2nd one seen since then.

I think i actually have an 028 AF cover or top cover posted FS for the last 2 years. Cant give it away lets see if i can find it.

I got lucky. I was thinking it was Homelite, but an Echo boot showed up in the Homelite images so I changed my search to Echo boots and boom! There it was. If it didn't have that tab-thingy I probably would never have found it.
