So I just got a sugi k095 3/8 20 inch for my 346xp. Just thought I would post the weight difference

So for $75.00 I saved 7 oz.
I don't know if I will ever feel the difference.

But it sure looks better

A bit off topic but has anyone had trouble with these breaking off at the bar mount. Someone showed me Dugans video on it and that was the first I've heard about it.

It's not always about the weight on a bar that short. It's because they look awesome and last forever. My 346 wears a Sugi. It looks hot if I get a photo op with a fashion model, or I'll just cut some trees with it. :)

Nice setup there. Looks real sharp.
What chain do you use on your bar? Is it semi-skip or full skip?
20" 3/8 on a 346 is a lot for a smaller saw.
I personally prefer to use .325 on my Stihl 026, at full comp, full chisel.

My sugi weighs 1 ounce lighter that a husqvarna laminated bar. Both 18" .325. And it looks much nicer!20170120_153301.jpg

It's had a grinder in it and pulls a 20 just fine. Usually run a semi skip. Everything I own is 3/8 .050 except my 084 and 090. It's all square ground with a sdm-4. Makes it easy that way.
