Ya know David, you might see if there's a machine shop near you that could make you a set of those. Find a side-on pic, scale it until you think it looks right, trim it out, trace it out on a piece of plate and boom! You've got a new set of dogs! I've done it a few times, and the flat, non-wavy 2 series dogs are dead nuts simple to make.
Eh…kinda different here. Summer is too hot to work except a little very early. Winter it gets dark early. So spring and fall which are medium hot are the time to work. Right now is hole up in the AC and work on stuff time…but I have more to do than I have summer left. Main hurry is trying to get a 272 built for the MI GTG.
I've got a bit of free time tomorrow, if you can send me the center to center mounting bolts measurement from a 61/272 I can get a to-scale pdf of the wcs dogs all set up for your saw if that'd speed things up.
