I got enough problems just dealing with neighbors... this guy came over to my rental house and verbally accosted me and my tenants, then proceeded to freak out and break their dog kennel. Then pull out a baton and threaten us... he got to spend the night in jail.



When the cops came, he blamed the whole thing on us... luckily I got most of it on video.

Looks to me like he shoulda taken his little anger spell out on stacking that heaping ass pile off firewood in the background...probably woulda worked out a little better for him.

There seems to be a lot of that in Norcal. When I was on the Biscuit fire, we needed to evacuate some rural land owners ahead of the fire.

We had a lot of people coming at us with guns telling us they weren't going anywhere...

Holding onto it for now, since they are referring this to the DA for possible criminal charges... if they don’t charge him, I will post it online.

The part that pisses me off the most, is that he walked right into my house (that I’m remodeling) and started yelling at me, and I had to ask/tell him to leave several times, and he kept coming back onto my property. I was actually pretty calm the whole time that he was freaking out, which lasted probably 15-20 minutes.

Typical bully... He pussed out immediately once the cops showed up.

He doesn’t like that they keep the dog in a kennel. I told him it was none of his business what other people do with their property. He has already called animal control and they said everything looked fine/legal, but he won’t let it go.

He did say at one point that this was “his neighborhood”. *f-wording idiot... I own this house, meaning that it’s also my neighborhood.

I’m convinced that there is no such thing as a “good” neighbor.

Funny thing is, the (17 yo) kid that owns the dog is the one that brought that heaping pile of Madrone to him. He came over to yell at me about what a piece of *s-word the kid is.

I had a racing buddy who happened to be a highly decorated, as in two silver stars, LRRP Vietnam vet. He was team leader and did 4 tours in a unit with a 3 week life expectancy. Anyway he lived in a small town that had a town bully. When the opportunity presented itself, he took care of that problem. The guy lived, if you could call it that.

It's good that you didn't physically engage him (even though you probably would have caved his skull in). Lessons learned for people like that are
remembered a lot longer when they have to sit in jail and pay a big fine.
