Nope. Asked more than a couple times what I owed him. Asked what the coil looked like so I could obtain one etc.

I deal with that a lot. It seems most of the customers I observe go into the local pot shops are spending their disability (our tax dollars) on said substance. Though my perception my be incorrect?

That's better than a lot of them around here. We've got tents, tarps, and all manor of crap all over our sidewalks. Real estate under bridges is at a premium. It's pretty third world and unreal, downright *s-wordty too.
