I did the same thing with JMS, as I had two saws in his possession when the *s-word hit the fan... I treated him with respect, and asked for my saws back every day for several months. He eventually sent them both back. One was a gift for my wife’s brother. The other I sold without ever running it. As far as I know, both saws are still running fine.

Hey bub @USMC615 any new reports from the cowboy ?
aka: I Take Your Chainsaw Jim

Or is he Stihl having fun playing with the bar that's on it up his Azz?
Ain’t heard a thing from him Gunner...

I called him out on pulling that cheap *s-wordt Clint said he’s saying now, a week or so ago. I knew he’d go the route of ‘You folks are picking on me and making fun of me’ kinda bullshitt.

He has zero intentions of sending the saws.

As far as my ProMac -700, would prob boil down to a civil court matter, seeing how the saw/parts/restore/build was ‘gifted’ from members for a raffle. The saw has never been my ‘possession.’

As far as Clint’s P-60 goes, a horse of another color I believe. That is Clint’s personal belonging/saw/his goods. I think he could pursue theft of goods all day long, show up with LE, and get his saw, and possibly watch some bracelets go on cowboys’ wrists as well. From what I gather, this ain’t and won’t be the first time LE has had to venture to Jim’s property concerning *s-wordt like this! And it’s exactly the avenue I’d take with this clown...

And to add insult to injury, Clint was decent enough to send this jackass $100 to ship his own saw back...you people think that $100 bill exists anymore...

And my intent with any of my comments are what they are...my battle with this *s-wordhead. And if Clint got thrown into the ‘lynch mob’, I apologize for that happening. But this f’r had you in that group all along Clint...just another excuse on top of excuses, to keep your *s-wordt.

Somebody close proximity-wise is gonna teach this turd a bad lesson one day...he’ll *f-wordk the wrong man soon enough one day. And I hope this turd spends the next few weeks getting his chiclets re-implanted!

He offered to do the work and in turn provide you with the saw. You accepted this offer. You have both I’m sure spoken about you receiving the saw. It’s a verbal contract in its basic sense but in some parts it’s been agreed upon in writing. No matter, it’s breach of contract even by Oregon state law
