what else does it clean besides chainsaw and engine parts?
Usually rare coins, glasses, watchs, etc...
You're probably right, this is just what I saw when I bought my own USC. I use mine only for carbs.Just a little FYI - rare coins are usually worth MUCH less after being cleaned.
cleaning up the crime weapon...Handguns.
i know a guy who used 1 part La awesome mixed with 1 part dawn soap in water and it cleaned a cylinder pretty good he said the longer it stays in the better. How well do these thing work a on cleaning carbon out of the cylinders?
Not bad Wayne. It softens/gums it up, but I use 50/50 purple power and water. How well do these thing work a on cleaning carbon out of the cylinders?
What that look like? I haven't really found anything that looks safe enough to clean up a combustion chamber and I'm terrified of *f-wording one up.Not bad Wayne. It softens/gums it up, but I use 50/50 purple power and water.
I bought Evinrude/Johnson auto tuner for a\carbon removal, but I've yet to use it.
When you place the jar in the tank, do you place it in the basket, or directly on the bottom of the tank? I read somewhere that placing heavy objects on the bottom of the tank can cause them to rub a hole through the tank due to the sonic vibrations. Don't know if that is true or not.DO NOT PUT COLLECTIBLE COINS IN A USC unless of course you are looking to make pocket change.
I use a gallon of simple green with a couple gallons of water at 90 minutes on 50 degrees Celsius for cylinders and parts and put carbs completely disassembled in a mason jar full of sea foam and put the whole jar in the tank, remove and rinse and dry immediately for best results.
