I talked with Tillotson about them at the GIE+Expo last week.
They are only available in South America so far due to emissions regulations ad certification in other countries/continents so far.
Chinese manufacture of most parts with Genuine Tillotson carburetors.
They are also offering a pretty extensive line of carb kits and carbs with their own labeling and part numbers for the kits many vendors sell (including me).

MS270 and MS280 are abominations, no worse Stihl model in the modern (MS) era.
