Summer Is Over

Yup, took the following photo from inside the living room window. Leaves starting to turn. Wife also told me grass was turning downriver where she was picking berries. Temp is 52* F and the forecast shows upper 40's over the next week.

Time to get some fresh gas and mix it up. Dump the old stuff into the boat tanks and burn it up. Fire up the saws and sharpen the chains on my 3120, 394, 262 and 137.

Another year down.

wow, here in the south we've probably got 8 more weeks of at least 90 degree heat. No end in sight...

You have no idea how much fun I'd have if I could be somewhere hot, where I could smell fresh cut grass, and cut up a gnarly big tree. For a couple days...

Over 100 here, probably through August. It should start cooling down in Sept.

Summer is over? Not here in Oregon! It was 105 yesterday.

Dam Iknow its flyin still got to get to the BEACH though. Im only a half hour away to some nice ones.
