Sugihara for 346

Looking at a Sugihara bar for my 351 to 346xp conversion. I would like a short, light bar for limbing. I was thinking 14" but they only come in 3/8"lp. Could the tip be changed to .325".
If I decide to run low pro on this saw do I need to change the worm drive out, it does have a rim sprocket?

But I have a Sugi "16 lightweight 3/8 on my 346 right now, it's really good looking and rock solid!

I have a Sugi on my 346 as well, but the OEM bar is actually lighter.

Rethinking lighter, short bars. Sugihara's are very nice, but expensive, Tsurmura very nice, expensive and limited support/supply. Oregon Speedcut, have not seen a lot of info but I think I may order one. New Husqvarna X-force, look nice, but availability here limited?

I'm kind of leery of the speedcut after the picks that @LittleLebowski posted of his. I think @CoreyB has used them too.

I don't know. But you are not the only one missing it. I am guessing it is someone's miss guided attack on a select person but making everyone else endure the vague and unknown contexts is a way to get back at some unkown party. Seems legit.
