Storm of the decade's how much snow??

Plowed for 16 hours today we ended up with between 36-40" of snow from midnight till around noon today. Got stuck 6 times today if this snow pattern comes back I will have to dedicate a set of snow tires again like I used to. Been spoiled haven't needed snow tires on 7-8 years.

Which is a good thing. Because the Boss vplow is still sitting on the pallet in the backyard. Usually we get snow about four times and it melts each time before I have to put the plow on. This year might be different though

18" here, more in spots. The little corridor where my father lives between the Taconics and the berkshire hills is famous for getting significantly more than predicted...haven't heard from dad though, so I'm gonna believe he is fine.

We stopped measuring at 41” on the deck, snow blower lasted 5 minutes before the auger belt snapped, that was when it was around 30”. Two friends came to plow us out and both of their plows stopped working. One was a new 8’ boss. We spent two hours trying to get it working. Crazy because we were forecasting 3-6 in our neck
