Stihl Picco and lp

Hi guys can you tell me if 3/8 lo pro bars and chains will work with picco spurs guy brought me four stihl 180s no bars or chains I don't have any but can order lopro bars and chains at a very good price not the picco. he got them from a tree service they all have picco spurs .
