The 660 handle is weaker than the 661 handle. In particular, the 661 has a stiffner inside on the clutch side plus an extra support spring that bolts to the cylinder jug. Also, the bottom of the handle is fastened differently to the case. The 361 and 362 parallel this design. The sacrifice is that the new design makes it a lot tougher to change out a bent handle and even a small bend will make it even more difficult. But, you can't have everything.What is different about the handle?
The bent handle on a 661 that I recently changed out for a logger occurred when a heavy log dropped off a skid loader and landed right on top the saw. The handle was bent just enough forward to interfere with the chain brake's operation. Reshaping it was virtually impossible, so I installed a new one for him.
