A coworker is looking a purchasing a bigger saw. I have my old 440 and a new 461 that I haven't ran a tank through yet. I am a borderline horder, but if I could fund a port job on the 461, I may sale the 440. It is by no means a shelf queen. I have used it mostly for firewood and the occasional big tree for a friend. The only thing I have done to it is a muffler mod and trimmed the limiters. The piston and cylinder look great from what I can tell. It also has the big dogs and roller chain catch. What would be a fair price with a used 25" Stihl ES bar and chain? His big saw is a Husky 55, so this is a big improvement for him.
Thanks

I will try to get some pics. He has been surfing CL and found one for $250. I told him to go buy it. It's either stolen, or worn out. He is hard to deal with sometimes! I priced it to him at $500 bar and chain. $450 PHO. I was just making sure I wasn't too far out of line. His plan is to cut all the walnuts on his property and have a friend haul them to the mill. Price is up here, and everyone that has two or three trees is selling it as quick as they can. He has about 50 I marked for him that has good value. He will ruin most of them by using his method of falling, but that's not my problem!
