Found a new NIB (2018 model) 201c (rear handle) for a good price. Unsure of year model at this time. Questions...
1. I see a 201c-em listed on Stihl's website but no 201c. What is the difference? Does the "E" mean "easy start" system and does the "M" mean mtronic tuning?
2. From pics, the 201c and 201c-em have one bar nut. Does this function properly? Older/most saws have two bar nuts.
3. The easy-start system, is that garbage or has it proved itself to work ok without a lot of hassle?
4. It seems that the older ms200 (and 200t) are highly regarded as one of the best saws ever. Is the 201c and 201c-em regarded just as high or not so?
5. If the "M" in 201c-em means mtronic, does it function well on this saw, are the kinks ironed out?
6. Are the 201 saws modded with good results? Ported with good results?
Thank you!
