You can also put a 10 mm cylinder on a 12 mm saw angle fin.but cant put a 12 mm cylinder on a 10 mm saw the rings will get hung in exhaust ports and it anint purdy at allThat's what I was checking into. Thanks for the info.

Yes it would they are strong runners stock.and you can port it too if youd like.Mike's working on one of those murdered out hybrids for me right now. Started talking ported 10mm ported but ended up deciding on a hybrid.
That being said, this slant fin 10mm would be a prize piece in any collection as is.

Mine has no timing advance or deleted gasket but it has a woods ported cylinder and a dual port muffler she rips.and i have a 12 mm done same way but when i get over this injury its goin to the silver eagleI think everyone knows I love the 10 mm 044s with the KS jugs. They run very strong even w/o porting, and I believe they are lighter than the 12 mm 044s and 440s, so power to weight is great even w/o being a hybrid.
I have owned mine since new (12/92) and will never let it go.
Saw runs great, but delete the base gasket and advance the timing and it will likely be even stronger.
That saw would be sick murdered out perfect candidate.
