042 -no chain break or kill switch. everything else works .used it yesterday for a few cuts ,still stout

Thanks for the offer Gary. Thing is, against my better judgement I took in an 042 for repair that belongs to a friend of mine. It was his father's and he wants to get it working well again. It had starting issues and he took it to his local dealer who completely jacked up the carburetor. So, I either need a good parts carb or a full replacement.
