They are not. The main difference is the front tensioner on the 024 vs. the side tensioner on the 026.

The 036 is its own animal completely separate from the 024 and 026.

Well dang it, I was trying to get them to send to @drf256. I sold him an 034 a good while back that had a little to much rot on the bottom. Been trying to right this wrong and thought I had it this time.

There ya go JJ. These cases are pretty specific to the 024. I personally like the side adjuster, but Stihls front adjuster isnt too bad.
