My Stihl 009 is not oiling. I have cleaned and rebuilt and ultrasonically cleaned everything and still, nothing is happening. Any thoughts?

It is usually the diaphragm that goes bad in the pump. Number 22 in the picture. The part number is 1120 640 3100. eBay and Amazon I see have them.

The diaphragm is fine. Just replaced it with a Lil Red Barn kit. I like their stuff cuz it gets here so damn fast cuz they're only 5 hours away

Just for the clarification for me and others.
The oiler…It did or didn’t work ? Before you put the little red barn kit in it ?

Possible solution, here. Mine is an 011 AV. I think it's the same oiler. Old diaphragm was gone, so I put in a kit. Everything looked good, but still no oil. I think the diaphragm is driven by crankcase impulse, but there's no separate impulse tube like there might be for a carb. It's just directly ported. I pulled the oil discharge tube. A bit stiff, but not cracked. Sprayed air in the pump end of the tube and got a good face-full of oil. Then I remembered the spring that came with the new diaphragm was A LOT bigger than the original spring, so I pulled it back apart and put the original spring back in. Now oiling beautifully! The new spring was too stiff so crankcase impulse wasn't strong enough to pull the diaphragm in.
