I built my own based off this design. It’s not great. You have to dress the wheel a lot. I like hand filing in vise grips better.

Get a CBN wheel. He sells them as does Baltic. However, most anything from Europe right now is insanely priced by the time you pay the extra shipping and duties.
I’m able to carefully do sq on my USG with the Baltic wheel I got. It is designed for Hexa but I figured out a way to make it work for sq.

Forgive my ignorance but I thought these were made in the USA - unless this guy is just a middleman ? I was just curious as to the end result vs say a more expensive silvey Or simington grinder. If you already have a grinder the jig and a 45 degree wheel seem quite reasonable priced IF the end product is similar to either higher priced offering

He makes the jigs himself. Not sure where he sources the wheels.
I was referring to the Balistic Abrasives wheels..I have several and prefer them to Diamond. They are in Lithuania, however. They sell on eBay. I did a writeup on their Hexa chain prototype a while back. It works great for the other chains of similar design like Duke’s and Husqvarna C83.
Used to be about $115 shipped. Last one I got recently was over $150 with all the fees and them not being able to use usps anymore.

I just saw these for the first time last week. It's definitely intriguing. I've always wanted to try square ground chain, but not with the price of grinders, and I'm not interested in hand filing square. I'm going to pick one up and give it a shot.

Well got mine today and did a 20 chain, put it on my 362 and it cut great!!!

I’ll eventually convert all my bigger chains to square….may keep a few for round, but we will see..
